That sounds as though the job you’re currently applying for is merely a means to an end. And that, in turn, suggests to recruiters that you’ll become dissatisfied in the role after a short time. If you’re interested in the career progression opportunities within the role or the company, it’s better to ask how the role might develop in the future.
You are free to decide what information to include and where to place it. However, your application as a whole should follow a consistent layout, using the same font and font size throughout. Avoid including the company logo and letterhead on the cover page, as only the company itself is permitted to use its corporate design.
By being honest about what applies to you: do you prefer to work in peace and quiet, or do you tend to prefer a lively environment? Just say what applies to you and don’t worry too much about what might be right or wrong.
Your CV demonstrates that you are qualified for the role in question. This means you need to consider which roles you have held where you carried out tasks that are also relevant to your next job. You should describe these in such a way that every reader can immediately see what you bring to the role.
You should choose achievements from areas that are relevant to the future job. Otherwise, it might suggest that you are actually interested in many things other than the advertised role. When it comes to setbacks, however, it is advisable to focus on other areas. Nevertheless, you should establish a link to the world of work and be able to highlight a positive lesson learnt from the (minor) setback.
You should always mention your Matura or the school where you took your Matura. Some employers are interested in whether you attended a grammar school or a vocational secondary school.
Only if they prevent you from doing the job well. Weaknesses make candidates seem human and authentic. If you are aware of your weaknesses and can deal with them constructively, you demonstrate that you are aware of your potential and your limitations.
