Are you a motivated bachelor student, studying in the field of Economics, Media & Communication or in a similar field, who is looking for an internship to complement the acquired theoretical knowledge with practical experience? In your new role you will:

• Assit the engineering team with order handling tasks in oneSAP
• Support the entire calibration processof the lab equipment to ensure that the used equipment is fulfilling the regulations according to the mandatory standard (IATF16949)
• Design and create enganging content for information screens, including PowerPointpresentations and short videos
• Ensure that 0is possible by enabling samples, boards and equipment to be tracked via scanner, software and database
• Be responsible for the enrollment of work safety instructionsto ensure that everybody is safe in the lab areas and during the daily work
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding processfor new employees in the lab environment

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or part-time (Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

You successfully meet the requirements for this position if you are a motivated and committed bachelor student from the field of e.g. Informatics, Mechatronics, Technical Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Economics, Business Informatics, Media & Communication or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Excellentcommunication and organization skills
• Good Englishskills
• Willingness to do an internship in duration of minimum 12  months 

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
