As the first senior hire on the ground in Europe, you will:

• Lead market entry: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across key European territories.
• Drive business growth: Identify, negotiate, and close strategic deals and partnerships.
• Build and scale: Establish local operations, hire and manage initial team members, and shape regional infrastructure.
• Act as a brand ambassador: Represent the company at key industry events, with clients, and to stakeholders across Europe.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or business development role in tech, ideally AI.
• Deep understanding of European markets, business culture, and regulatory landscape.
• Track record of building and scaling regional operations or launching new markets.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and wearing multiple hats.
• Fluent in English and German; other European languages a plus.
