The job advert used the familiar form of address. Can I assume the same will apply during the interview?

A company may use the familiar form of address in a job advert when aiming to attract a younger audience or because that is in keeping with its corporate culture. If you are addressed informally during a job interview, you may, of course, use the informal form yourself. However, you should not offer to use it on your own initiative.
