The company is separated into three reporting segments: Networks, which is mainly made up of cable television networks that provide programming; Filmed Entertainment, which is mainly involved in the production and distribution of feature films, television series, and home videos; and Publishing, which is mainly made up of magazine publishing. The majority of the company's networks division consists of premium pay television programming offerings in addition to domestic and international networks.
