Nambiar Beverly Park

Nambiar Beverly Park is a new villa project on Bannerghatta Road at Bilwaradahalli in south Bangalore. Phase 1 is spread across 36 acres and includes 298 villa plots, while the complete project covers 76 acres. Nambiar Beverly Park Villas has planned two plot sizes for the development. The 40 × 63 format offers 2,520 sq.ft. of land, and the 35 × 55 format provides 1,925 sq.ft. Each plot is designed for a G+2 villa, with built-up space ranging from 3,732 to 4,638 sq.ft.
