Responsibilities:

• Research and develop advanced communication systems, including protocols
• Innovate in wireless technologies, focusing on RF systems.
• Design and develop robust system architectures.
• Shape the Future by contributing to our product roadmap and vision.

Your profile:

We’re looking for a motivated individual with:

• A degree (Uni, TU, FH, HTL) in software, communications, electronics, wireless, or a related engineering field completed within the last 0–10 years.
• Good German skills / B2 level (sufficient to participate in the KWF Innovations.TALENT program - Qualifizierungsprogramm für mehr Innovationen in Kärntens Unternehmen).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A passion for innovation in communication and wireless technologies.
• A result-oriented, precise, and structured approach to problem-solving.

For graduates in this position, we offer a basic salary of € 2800 gross (14x per year) based on 40 working hours per week and participation in the two-year KWF Innovations.TALENT coaching program. Overpayment is aligned with the market depending on training, qualifications, and professional experience.
